Ranger Ideas

Was wondering if you could lower the recast of trueshot to 10-15 minutes vs 1 hour and add sharpshooting 3 on some items..currently ive only found one item with sharpshooting 1 on it and nothing else.

Rangers bow damage is pretty nice but not quite on par with my warrior's dual wield dps. Maybe a couple more bows to choose from as well =D

I lowered Trueshot to much lower, closer to 5 min.  Also, I added sharpshooting 3 to the War Bow of Rallos Zek.  I will add it to more items in the future.

This will require a spell file update and a restart.
