Lvl 70 quest Empty Lvl 70 quest

Not that I don't love the idea of the lvl 70 quest but I think you missed modifying "Real" Bristlebanes spawn timer.  The fake one in the theater will spawn every hour but the quest calls for the real one that is triggered by the Mischeviious Jester kill which looks to still be on a 3 day timer.  Took me and Slaede a few kills of the fake BB to figure that out.

Nope. Working as intended. MJ is on a 3600 second timer.
