proc change on the gazz axe

the proc that was added to the gazz weap, is snaring the user...can it be changed to something different so its not so challenging to movearound? thanks in advance.

I just got it today and can confirm it is snaring me when it procs. I think the snare is unnecessary, maybe replace earthquake with a mage rain or wizard point blank aoe, lower lvl ofc, so to not be to op.
